The upgraded software features the new Security Link wizard. This feature simplifies the manufacturer’s setup. Also included in the upgrade is a wide range of support programs that include free online training and support, extended warranty, and customer hotline service.

The upgrade enhances Snap-On diagnostic solutions, which are already equipped with several tools. They have Fast-Track Intelligent Diagnostics, which guides the technicians in taking a right diagnostic steps while avoiding unnecessary ones. They can access the Snap-On Cloud, which serves as an online storage and on which technicians can retrieve and communicate vehicle system reports, thermal images, and other information to clients, peers, and insurance companies. They also feature Sire Track, which records replacement parts from millions of successful repairs in the past.
